Kit includes instructions, paints and brushes. Rock(s) are option for a small extra cost, but remember that shipping would increase because of the weight. Please contact seller to get an idea of the cost of rocks and how many you would need, Rocks are normally picked up on Lake Superior, therefore, very smooth.
Also, this is a GREAT idea for birthday parties. The theme can be changed to meet the age group. Please email me if you live in Michigan and are interested in me hosting a rock painting party.
